Look at your life right now. What is it that is good? Feel gratitude for those things and you will see more of them. Is there something in your life you want to improve? Find things about that person or thing to feel grateful for. If you don’t like your hair, find things about your hair you do like, and soon all your hair will improve. If you don’t like your work, think of things about your like you like and dwell on them. Soon, things will improve at your work.
Use your energy to get what you want. Gratitude is a high vibrational feeling that works like magic to bring good things to you. Go there often during the day and before bed. Make it a habit!
